Project Management
All new projects are considered in detail to ascertain the appropriate skills & level of resources that will be necessary.
For each new project we form a team composed of a Project Director/Design Architect, project co-ordinator and technical support personnel. This team provides continuous service to the client from start to finish of the project, to establish and maintain the quality and integrity of each design.
The Project Director/Architect leads all the architects and technical personnel assigned to the project and sets the standards for quality in the design. The Project Architect is also responsible for regular client updates and co-ordination of all design team members.
Day to day management of technical work is provided by the Project Co-ordinator, who assumes the key administrative duties, maintains the budgets and programme, and co-ordinates the entire work effort of the in house team.
As a project's specific needs or schedule may require, additional architects, planners, technical personnel and interior architects are assigned to augment the project team, during production phases of the work. This is achieved on our fully networked Computer Aided Design system, using AutoCAD software. An in house AutoCAD reference manual is available to all members of staff.
We work in purpose designed open plan studios in Waterford City to facilitate communication, team working and the interactive development of ideas.
