We are now offering a tailored, ‘menu style’ service that simplifies the levels of architectural services for one off houses, extensions and other small domestic works at an affordable price. This service is designed to give customers direct access to all the professional personnel that are needed when extending your home. With the introduction of the ‘menu style fixed fee’, the client can choose the level of service for small works at an affordable price.
  Sketch Design - Planning
The first design pack brings the project from inception through the design process to the level required by the local authorities and the planning application process. 		 
  Sketch Design - Tender
The second design pack includes all the services from pack A and brings the project onto the next level providing tender drawings for detailed pricing of the job along with a site visit and certification package. 		 
  Full Service
This package provides all the services from inception to completion, and final certification of the built extension – the complete one-stop-shop. It includes all the services as outlined in pack A & B, but with full project management on site from a full design team.
