This package provides all the services from
inception to completion, and final certification
of the built extension – the complete
one-stop-shop. It includes all the services
as outlined in pack A & B, but with full
project management on site from a full design
team.
The client will receive full cost control
throughout by a quantity surveyor, from initial
design to final account. An accurate programme
for the works from start to finish shall be
given to the client, outlining the key dates
in the design and construction stage.
During construction we will inspect the site
every two weeks.
• Consulting Engineers will be on site
to check the structure at key points of construction.
• Our architects will visit the site
to see that the works are being carried out
in accordance with the contract drawings and
take on board any design modifications or
alterations.
• The completed works and any variations/alterations
will be valued on a monthly basis. The client
will be issued with monthly payment certificates,
for the release of monies from financial institutions.
